Launched in 2004, the E61 BMW M5 immediately grabbed the spotlight by being the first production estate car to be fitted with a V10 petrol engine. The 5.0 litre V10 in question produced a supercar-crushing 507 BHP with an impressive 0-62mph of just 4.8 seconds. A time considered quick for sports cars, let alone family saloon cars.
This 2007 example is finished in dark blue with black leather interior and is generously specced with heated front seats, panoramic glass roof, head-up display, soft-close, active seats and many other luxuries you would expect to find in a car of this calibre.
The car has been very well looked after and has a fully stamped service book with a healthy history file to accompany it. Recently, the car has had some remedial works carried out including a new clutch fitted at 77,000 miles, and a new battery and alternator fitted in 2019 although currently, the car could benefit from the air conditioning being re-gassed and the rear tailgate gas strut could do with being replaced.
