The Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer was the first road car to be produced by Ferrari with a mid-mounted flat-12 engine. Originally produced as the 365 GTB/4 BB, this design and layout soon evolved into the 512 BB in 1976. The first 512 BB used a 5-litre, 12-cylinder boxer engine and in 1981 Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection was introduced.
The 512 BBi is one of the truly iconic Ferraris with its Pininfarina design, mid-engine layout and open-gate manual gearbox and this fabulous US-spec example is available now to drive away.
Originally delivered to the US in 1984, this pristine 512 BBi returned to the UK in 2018 and is a completely original, matching numbers cars that is now fully registered with the DVLA as a UK car. Covering just 14,000 miles since its birth, this is Italian sportscar has been maintained with no expense spared and it is in outstanding condition inside and out.
Finished in unblemished Rosso Red with tan seats and a chocolate dash, this car is finished in the ultimate Ferrari specification and is completely original down to the in-car entertainment.
